Welcome to East Coast Pizza, an independent pizzeria located in Garfield Heights, OH. While we have been on Turney Road since 2005, we've been serving delicious pizzas to hungry Clevelanders since 1997.

Our dough is made fresh daily, and our delicious specialty pizzas are made to order. Our extensive menu includes pizza, salads, wraps, wings, and sandwiches. We also offer healthy Mediterranean plates, like hummus and tabbouli.

Owner and Executive Chef, Gus, has over 25 years of experience in the pizza business. As a veteran of the U.S. Army and a loving family man, he ensures customers are well-fed and happy with every order.
